The production process of calcium silicate plate flow slurry method

1、Raw material preparatio

Raw material preparation includes wet grinding and pulping of quartz sand, crushing and digestion of quicklime, grinding and pulping of wood fiber, etc.

2、Pulping process

Pump the wood fiber pulp that is diluted and thinly ground to meet the beating degree requirements into a countercurrent mixer, sequentially add metered slaked lime, cement, quartz powder, etc., and fully mix it through the countercurrent mixer to make a certain concentration of flow slurry and then pump it to The slurry storage tank is used for standby, and then it is evenly ground by a single-disc refiner, stirred in a pre-stirred tank, and input to the flow slurry.

3、Slurry plate

The slurry uniformly flowing out of the headbox, after filtering water on the running industrial blanket and dewatering, forms a thin material layer wound on the forming cylinder, and when the set slab thickness is reached through multi-layer winding, the control system automatically cuts off the slab according to the design size of the slab. The plate making machine adopts a 1600mm diameter forming cylinder, and the slab is cut and trimmed transversely to form 2 standard plates. Standard slabs are stacked by stacker, which adopts the stacking method of one steel mold and one plate.

4、Plate compaction

The formed slab is pressurized by a 7000t press for 30min to dehydrate and compact the slab under a high pressure of 23.5MPa to improve the strength and compactness of the slab.

5、Preconditioning and demoulding

The wet slab is pre-cured in a pre-curing kiln and demoulded after the slab obtains a certain strength. The preconditioning temperature is 50~70 ℃, and the preconditioning time is 4~5h.

6、Autoclaved curing

After the slab is demoulded, it is sent to a autoclave for autoclave for 24 hours, with a vapor pressure of 1.2MPa and a temperature of 190 ℃. During the steaming process, the silicon dioxide, calcium hydroxide and water in the slab undergo chemical reactions to form Tobermullite crystals and xonotlite. The quality of hydration reaction directly affects the strength, expansion rate and moisture resistance of calcium silicate plate.

7、Drying, sanding, edging

The steamed slab is dried on a comb dryer in the tunnel kiln so that the moisture content of the slab reaches the acceptance standard of not more than 10%. The slab can be shipped after sanding, edging and quality inspection.
