Installation and debugging of equipment

1、Gypsum board equipment is connected by multiple single machines according to the production sequence to form a professional gypsum board production line. Each connection part should be firmly connected, firmly installed with the foundation, the working face level is consistent, and the transmission is stable.

2、Electrical installation must be safe and reliable according to the specification requirements.。

3、Check whether the oil filling and oil filling parts are in place.

Production operating procedures

1、Test operation of each department, check whether there is any abnormality in each department, and whether the automatic control is safe and reliable. If there is no abnormality, the whole machine will operate in conjunction.

2、Ignite the heat conduction oil furnace, operate according to the operating instructions and operating procedures of the hot oil furnace, pay close attention to its observation dynamics, and take corresponding measures according to the instructions for abnormalities found. When the heat exchanger induced draft fan is working in the hot oil furnace, it is strictly prohibited to stop the machine to prevent the heat exchanger from being deformed and damaged due to high temperature.

3、When the space temperature of the drying chamber reaches 120 degrees, the main running chain is opened to eliminate thermal stress deformation. At the same time, turn on the induced draft fan, detect the air distribution situation of each section and layer, and adjust the oil supply valve and air distribution according to the dry situation during work.

4、According to the product thickness requirements, adjust the limit height of the limit screw of the molding machine. Due to the different composition of gypsum powder origin and different expansion coefficients, the limit height (increase and decrease the gap of the molding machine) shall be adjusted according to the actual thickness of the finished plate.

5、Opening the molding machine: ① The upper and lower deviation correction machines are connected to the power supply to make it in working condition. (2) Turn on the starch mixer, add water and modified starch to the mixing tank according to the ratio of 1:0.01 and fully stir (increase or decrease the ratio depending on the sticking paper). (3) input the upper and lower paper into the molding machine by manpower. (4) Check whether the thickness of the forming machine is consistent. (5) Open the forming rubber belt conveyor (according to the output from slow to fast to the requirements). ⑥ Turn on the vertical mixer. ⑦ Open the starch glue conveyor (adjust the delivery volume according to the output). ⑧ Open the gypsum powder conveyor (adjust the speed according to the output). ⑨ Check the slurry state and adjust the ratio to the requirements.

9、The transfer system is controlled by the photoelectric switch for lifting translation and lifting distribution into the board. If the position and time are not suitable, adjust the photoelectric switch to the appropriate position.

10、Drying fast-forward is controlled by photoelectric switch, gypsum board is distributed to that layer, and the fast-forward motor of that layer starts to work and transports the board to the required station to stop.

11、Drying of gypsum board: At this time, the space temperature of the dryer has reached more than 230 degrees. As the temperature is absorbed while entering the board, the space temperature of the drying chamber is decreasing, and the temperature of the hot oil furnace is correspondingly increased. The space temperature of the drying chamber is higher than 140 degrees. The output increases and the surface temperature increases, and the output decreases. The surface temperature decreases (the minimum shall not be less than 140 degrees).

12、Thermal energy adjustment during drying: each layer of the dryer is equipped with adjustment devices, and the heat transfer oil valve and dry hot air are adjusted according to the drying situation of each layer during production. If there is inconsistent drying, which layer of plate moisture will increase the ventilation, which layer of dry over-fire will reduce the ventilation until the drying is consistent.

13、Drain when drying: When the production is dry, the moisture in the plate is released as steam under the action of hot air. At this time, the moisture is discharged out of the machine by using the heat energy continuously supplied.

14、Gypsum board ejection and sizing: After the gypsum board is dried, it is transported to the quick ejection station. At this time, the photoelectric switch starts the quick ejection motor according to the order of each layer of the gypsum board, and at the same time, the tilting ejector starts to accelerate the ejection to the sizing station. , After the gypsum board reaches the fixed-length station, the photoelectric switch of this station starts the plywood machine to stack the two boards together, and the photoelectric switch starts the chain conveyor to move the gypsum board horizontally to the fixed-length machine for fixed-length cutting. After that, the board is transported to the sub-board station by the board conveyor. After the gypsum board arrives at this station, the photoelectric switch starts the left and right sub-board machines, and transports them to the palletizer work table. The palletizers are used alternately, and the board ejector is activated. The boards are conveyed to the upper part of the palletizer and aligned by the alignment equipment.

15、Dust removal in the fixed-length part: start the dust removal induced draft fan and electronic pulse bag filter when cutting in the fixed-length of the gypsum board. The solenoid valve set by the pulse filter is exhausted regularly, and the bag in the filter is vibrated under the action of compressed air. Adhesive dust, dust falls to the cone, and when a certain amount is used, the dust collector is removed under the action of a heavy hammer, and the cycle continues to work continuously.

16、The edge banding machine and palletizing machine are operated automatically. The palletizing machine palletizes to a certain quantity, which is packed manually and transported to the warehouse by forklift.
