In the construction gypsum production process, according to the customer's heat source, raw materials, land occupation, product requirements and other basic parameters are different, we can provide customers with two production processes of one-step and two-step. In the two processes, we can also use different gypsum calcining equipment such as gypsum calcining boiling furnace, hammer calcining machine, cone frying pan, etc. to produce building gypsum suitable for user requirements, it overcomes the poor adjustable performance of the product caused by the single domestic calcination equipment.

The construction gypsum production line (natural gypsum) adopts domestic mature and advanced technology equipment such as vertical mills and boiling furnaces. Among them, the boiling furnace is currently a widely used construction gypsum calcination equipment in my country. It has small equipment, large production capacity, simple structure, and is not easy to damage. The equipment is compact, the land area is small, the energy consumption is low, the operation is convenient, the product quality is good, the composition of the plaster is relatively, it is widely used in the calcination process of natural gypsum and chemical gypsum, and is exported to Thailand, Uzbekistan, Colombia, Mexico and other regions in the world with our company's production line.
The double paddle dryer can indirectly heat or cool paste, granular, powder, and slurry materials, and can complete unit operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The hollow shaft is densely arranged with special wedge-shaped hollow stirring heat transfer blades, and the heat medium flows through the hollow shaft through the blades with high heat transfer efficiency and heat transfer surface self-cleaning function. The heat transfer area in the unit effective volume is very large, and the temperature of the heat medium is from -40 ℃ to 320 ℃, which can be water vapor or heat transfer oil. Indirect conduction heating does not carry air to take away heat, and the heat is used to heat materials. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the body insulation layer.
Fluidizing calcination machine equipment is mainly used to convert natural dihydrate gypsum powder or chemical dihydrate gypsum powder with adsorbed water content less than 5% into hemihydrate gypsum. It is a high-efficiency special equipment for calcining gypsum using fluidization technology.
Working principle of boiling furnace:
During normal operation, the furnace is filled with powder, and a small amount of air is blown into the bottom of the furnace through the gas distribution plate to fluidize the powder. The heat from the heat source is transferred to the material through the wall of the heating tube. Raw gypsum powder is continuously added and quickly mixed with the original large amount of hot gypsum powder in the bed to reach the same temperature (140-150 ℃). This temperature is in the temperature range of intense dehydration of dihydrate gypsum into hemihydrate gypsum.
So the gypsum quickly began to dehydrate. In the main furnace, most of the dihydrate gypsum is converted to hemihydrate gypsum. After the material enters the furnace, the temperature rises rapidly to 155-165 ℃, the residual gypsum dihydrate is completely converted into gypsum hemihydrate, and a small amount begins to convert to anhydrous gypsum III. The material is then overflowing from the upper interface of the furnace bed.
